The Goal
The goal was to design a sophisticated and timeless digital presence for a premier fine-dining restaurant. They needed a platform that authentically reflected their elegant French character while acting as a seamless, mobile-first reservation engine to streamline bookings and consistently fill tables.
My solution
Timeless & elegant design
I developed a classic, clean layout using a sophisticated serif font and a refined colour palette that aligns with the UOGAweb premium standard. This minimalist approach allows their high-quality gastronomy photography to take centre stage and drive the visual narrative.
Photography-driven gallery
To visually immerse visitors in the culinary experience, I created a dedicated, full-grid gallery. This acts as a powerful, silent showcase of the menu that builds appetite and directly influences booking intent.
Reservation-focused conversion
A beautiful website must also perform. I prominently positioned a frictionless "Book a Table" call-to-action in the header and throughout the user journey. By streamlining the UX, I created a highly effective conversion path that turns casual website visitors into seated guests.
Bilingual functionality
To capture both local diners and the lucrative international market, I built the site with seamless bilingual (LT/EN) capabilities. This technical foundation ensures the restaurant is accessible, welcoming, and easily discoverable by a global clientele.
